My cure is to think about what I want to write subconsciously for most of the 24 hours before I sit down to write. THEN I can truly start to procrastinate :)

I prefer to think of it more as, the character is in the sulks.
I may be in denial, but unless they speak... I cannot type.
I ignore them until they are begging to be heard and they usually don't pull that nonsense twice.
